Frances Keen - A Celebration of Her Life
A Celebration of Life will be held for Frances Keen on Monday July 10, 2006 at 2 PM, United Church, 415 Pinecrest Road, Campbell River. Frances served the choral community on the north island for many years and was a Director on the Board of the BCCF.
A memory album is being made for the family. Anyone interested is encouraged to bring stories and pictures to be included in the album. Stories can also be written at the service. Stories and pictures can also be sent to darlene.ngo@sd72.bc.ca to be included.

Fran had started a scholarship in the memory of Mickey Halleran, her high school band teacher. Unfortunately, the papers were not finalized so the Vancouver Foundation cannot accept donations at this time. However, every effort is being made to keep Fran's wish alive. Therefore, those who wish to donate to the Halleran Scholarship can specify "Halleran" on the memo line of their cheque and Island Voices will put the donation into the Halleran fund when it is finalized.
