Adult Choir
Friday May 11
5-7pm – Registration in the Minoru Ballroom of the Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel (Richmond)
7-9pm – Rehearsal
9-10pm – Welcome Reception
Saturday May 12
8-9am – Registration at Fraserview Mennonite Church (All Saturday and Sunday rehearsals and final performance are at Fraserview Mennonite Church, Richmond)
8:15-8:45 – Drop-in Yoga with Margie Hardy in the Fireside Room.
9-10:15am – Rehearsal 1
10:15-10:35am – Break
10:35am-Noon – Rehearsal 2
Noon-1:30pm – Lunch (Vendors open: Long & McQuade, MusicFolder.com & Sweet Concerto Chocolatier)
12:15pm to 1pm – BCCF Annual General Meeting (All are welcome!)
1-1:25 pm – Drop-in Drum Circle with Tony Davies in the Sanctuary
1:30-3:15pm – Rehearsal 3
3:15-3:35pm – Break
3:35-5pm – Rehearsal 4
6-7pm – Cash bar and BCCF Silent Auction opens – Minoru Ballroom, Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel
7-10pm – Annual Chorfest Banquet
8:45pm – Silent Auction closes
9pm – Annual BCCF Raffle Draw
9:30-10:30pm – Music & Dancing
Sunday May 13th (Mother’s Day)
9-11am – BCCF Board Meeting at Fraserview Mennonite Church
Noon-2:30pm – Rehearsal 5
2:30pm – Call time for all choirs
3-5:30pm – Chorfest Gala Concert Performance
*Mother’s Day Brunch. Harold’s Restaurant at Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel is having Mother’s Day Brunch seatings. Please contact the hotel directly to make reservations.
BC Youth Choir
Friday May 11
12:45pm – Singers arriving at UBC Music Building (Roy Barnett Hall)
1-5:45pm – Rehearsal (includes warm-up, breaks, and icebreakers)
6-7:00pm – Dinner
7:15pm – 10pm – Rehearsal (includes breaks)
10pm – Dismissal for off-site singers
10:30 pm – Check in at Carey Centre (accommodations and bed)
Saturday May 12
8-8:45 am – Breakfast for on-site singers
9am – All singers arrive at UBC Music Building (Roy Barnett Hall)
9am – 12:15pm – Rehearsal (with breaks)
12:30-1:30pm – Lunch
1:45-5pm – Rehearsal
5-5:45 pm – Change for Banquet
6-6:45pm – Carpool to banquet
7-8pm – Banquet at Sheraton Vancouver Airport (7551 Westminster Hwy, Richmond)
8:10pm – Perform @ Banquet
9-10pm – Enjoy Banquet/Free Time (Off-site singers dismissed from Sheraton)
10-10:30pm – On-site singers return to campus by car-pool (exact time tbc)
10:30pm – Bedtime for on-site singers
Sunday May 13
7:45-8:15am – Breakfast for on-site singers
8:30am – All Singers meet at UBC Music Building
8:30-11am – Final rehearsals
11am – check out of Carey accommodations
11:30am-2pm – Carpool to Fraserview Mennonite Church (11295 Mellis Dr. – Richmond)
12:30-3pm – Mass Choir rehearsals, sound checks, change for concert
3-5:30pm (approx.) – Chorfest Gala Concert. All singers dismissed at conclusion of concert.

Friday May 11
4–4:30pm – Registration and check in at Thomas Kidd Elementary
4:30-6pm – Introductions and rehearsal #1
6–6:45pm – Meal break (singers’ own food)
6:45–8:30pm – Rehearsal #2
8:30pm – Check-out
Saturday May 12
9:30-10:30am – Rehearsal #3 – Thomas Kidd Elementary
10:30–10:45am – Snack break (included)
10:45am-12:00pm – Rehearsal #4
12-12:45pm – Pizza Lunch (included)
12:45-2pm – Rehearsal #5
2-3pm – Group activity, SINGERS LABAN movement workshop

Noon – Lunch (singers’ own food); Travel to Fraserview MB Church

3pm – Concert (1 adult ticket included in each child’s registration)
