DENNIS COLEMAN
Artistic Director:
Seattle Men's Chorus and Seattle Women's Chorus
Dennis is active as a clinician and guest conductor throughout the U.S. and Canada. He served for six years on the national Board of Directors for Chorus America and was on the founding Board of Directors of GALA Choruses. Dennis has led Seattle Men’s Chorus and Seattle Women’s Chorus to a position of artistic and administrative excellence with a combined singing membership that exceeds that of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. Dennis has commissioned and premiered choral works from many leading composers.

DAVID WILSON
Singer, Conductor, Voice Coach, and certified Yoga Instructor
David Wilson employs a multi-disciplinary approach that is unique in Canada. Breath and Body awareness, Yoga, Qi Gong and energy work is employed to insure that we sing in a confident, healthy and joyful fashion. Using our Chorfest repertoire David will help us access our authentic and free voice through a three-step holistic process designed to increase confidence, release stress and improve overall health.
TIA TURNER
Vocalist, Music Educator and Adjudicator

Director: Coastal Sound Music Academy
Tia Turner has been actively involved as a vocalist, music educator and adjudicator for 20 years throughout the country. Completing her Jazz Studies Degree from Capilano College she followed this up with a Bachelor of Education at UBC. As a member of the highly acclaimed a capella quartets VocaJava & Night Street she has performed at Rocky Mountain Music Festival, “Domain Forget” in Quebec and with artists such as Kenny Werner, Kurt Elling and Linton Garner. Tia is a director with Coastal Sound Music Academy and teaches in the Coquitlam School District. Tia's workshops will teach swing and stylistic choral singing for our Chorfest repertoire.
